Dr. Tanmay Pattnayak is an academician and practitioner in the field of Human Resource Management, specializing in Labor Laws and Contract Management. He is engaged as an Assistant Professor at the prestigious Xavier Institute of Social Service, Ranchi. Dr. Pattnayak possesses deep expertise in Labor Laws, advising on compliance, strategic implications, and risk mitigation related to India's evolving labour laws, including the four new labour codes. His expertise extends to Contract Management, where he focuses on drafting, negotiating, and executing contracts to minimize legal risks and ensure favourable outcomes. Additionally, he specializes in the Legal Aspects of Project Management & Logistics/Supply Chain Management, effectively integrating legal considerations into complex project lifecycles and supply chain operations.
Dr. Pattnayak holds a Ph.D. in Labor Laws from SUNIV, Burla, an LL.M. with a specialization in Corporate Laws, and an LL.B. from KIIT School of Law, Bhubaneswar.

For the past 7 years, he has collaborated with Dr. P.K. Padhi to deliver over 200 highly regarded training programs on Labor Laws and Contract Management, encompassing Management Development Programs (MDPs), e-MDPs, and e-Interactive Consulting Programs (e-ICPs). These programs provide practical insights and actionable strategies to navigate the complexities of India's legal landscape.
