Professional Experience

In addition to his academic qualifications, Dr Rajak bring a diverse professional background with over 7 years of corporate experience and 7 years in academia.
Following his graduation, he began his career as a Trainer in a domestic call centre, where he worked for 3 years, focusing on communication skills and customer handling techniques. After completing his MBA, he transitioned into a corporate role, serving as an HR Executive cum Administrative Officer for nearly 3 years, where he was responsible for HR operations, employee engagement, and administrative coordination.
Subsequently, he worked as a Research Assistant at IIT (ISM) Dhanbad for 1 year, contributing to academic research and project development post-Ph.D.
In 2018, he joined Lovely Professional University, Punjab, as an Assistant Professor, where he served until August 2022. He then moved to Symbiosis International (Deemed University) in September 2022, continuing in the role of Assistant Professor until July 2025.
In addition to his teaching responsibilities, he has been actively involved as a Corporate Trainer, specializing in: Critical Thinking / Design Thinking, Organizational Change, and Organizational Culture. This blend of corporate and academic experience enables him to bridge the gap between theory and practice, enriching both his teaching and training engagements.
