Background
Dr. Pooja completed her Post-doctorate degree in Year 2026 from the School of Technology and Management, Polytechnic Institute of Leiria, Portugal. She holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra. She earned her MBA with specialization in Human Resource Management and Marketing from Amity Business School, Amity University. She has completed her B.Sc. (Hons.) degree from Ranchi University.
Professional Experience
Dr. Pooja brings rich academic experience and served as a faculty member at reputed academic institutions prior to joining XISS in February 2017. Her core teaching areas include Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, and General Management.
Achievements
She has authored several research papers published in reputed national and international journals indexed in prestigious databases. In addition, she serves as a reviewer for leading management journals and has conducted workshops for both academic and industry professionals. She is also a lifetime member of the National HRD Network - Ranchi Chapter and ISTD Ranchi Chapter
